Plain clothing to reflect her generic character / persona

We decided that we wanted our star actress Jenna Lin to wear casual clothing. First came to mind was the All Star Converse shoes. It's a perfect match for the character role of Jenna Lin because it isn't too flashy. I can denote this by the very plain color cordination, nothing too much nor so little.

 Since we decided we wanted to go with casual clothing for our star actress Jenna Lin. We thought that getting her to wear a plain grey top would connote that she isn't very flashy. We have to remember that Jenna Lin posess a character that has two personalities and the personality that we want to bring out a lot for the opening sequence is the very intellectual side of hers. Getting expectional grade and generally mastering the art of everything. 

 As for the bag we decided to go with something roughly like this. We aren't too sure yet and to be honest we aren't that keen on using this prop for our character. It's not giving out any hints or aspects to what the character Jenna Lin likes. However, it's a brief example of what we might go for but aren't reassured.

 The glasses plays a big role in the making of Jenna Lin. I say this because the glasses defines her and automatically gives you (audience) the judgement of her being a "geek". It's a stereotype and does reinforce that dominant ideoly. However, we don't want to break too many conventions thus, we wanted Jenna Lin to have this aspect. Since she has two sides we want to break them apart and show you the difference in what we mean by the two characteristics.

We haven't fully decided yet if we're going to go with a cartigan. Though, at the moment we feel it's a good prop that would represent our character Jenna Lin successfully. At the same time we feel that the plain grey top would top her characteristics overall. As I said this is just something we added incase we decided to change our ideas around.
