LoveLife productions will distribute films like Unrequited Love and so would Working Titles. Romance has always been a major genre for both LoveLife productions and Working Titles, and are known for making films like this. How LoveLife productions came about is actually a funny story because it's linked to anime/manga. I happened to recall at the time an anime series that I watched recently. It was about Romance between two high school kids packed in with a lot of drama. From that I got the word 'Love' and 'Life' in my head because it's a common thing for Japanese shows to have love in their high school anime. From that I just put those two words + productions together and that's how LoveLife productions came about. From that we straight away knew as a group that were going to make a Romance film.
In order to get my film published in Cinemas I would need a distributor but to get one to do so I would probably have to send it off to film festivals if lucky enough to get a high bid which determines if my film can be screened. Another way my film can be distributed is online using various sites such as LoveFilm and Netflix.
